The State of Black Theatre

moderated - created 03/08/05
The State of Black Theatre Tribe is a forum to discuss and overcome roadblocks that have made QUALITY Black Theatre an art form that is quickly becoming extinct.

The tribe is your portal to Black Theatre. A place to network, promote, and create opportunities for Black Theatre companies, theater houses, as well as actors, directors, playwrights, stage managers, set, light & sound designers, and other theatre art professionals of African descent.

Moderator, Jacqueline Taylor-Adams, is a marketing professional and lover of the arts, who also is the marketing director for First World Theatre Ensemble. Her professional and personal passion is to create a conglomerate of initiatives aimed to support competitive advantages for small businesses and the visual & performing arts communities through PR, event marketing, strategic planning and funding development.
